Q.Does the price include set up and delivery?
A.Our rental pricing always includes the setup and tear down of rental items. Delivery fees will be based on how many miles we need to travel to your event. When booking online, events further than 25 miles will receive a notice that your event is out of our range. We absolutely travel further than 25 miles but an additional travel fee will apply. All deliveries greater than 25 miles will need to call the office at 833-RENT-EPIC for current pricing and booking approval. Remember prices do not include sales tax.
Q.Do you deliver to other cities?
A.Yes, but once again please be aware that due to rising gas prices and the possible need for an extra truck and labor that travel fees can be quite high. Please call our office for a current quote.
Q.Does the standard 8-hour rental time include your set-up time?
A.In the case of a residential rental, you will always receive a minimum of an 8-hour rental after the unit has been set up unless extreme adverse weather is predicted or other arrangements have been made.
Q.When do you set up?
A.We will reach out several days before your event to confirm your delivery timeframe. Deliveries are based on our schedule for that particular weekend.
Q.We've rented some really dirty jumps from other companies in the past. Are they always that dirty?
A.NEVER. Your rental items should always be clean! We powerwash, scrub, and disinfect our inflatables and thoroughly clean all concessions between rentals. On occasion, you may see us using a leaf blower at set-up. Even though we clean our units well, there are always unavoidable things like dried grass that may fall onto them during the previous rolling-up of the unit.
Q.Do we have to keep it plugged in the entire time?
A.Yes, unless keeping unit overnight we prefer you keep inflated at all times. A blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time which keeps any water running off of the unit properly as well as keeps it cleaner. Once unplugged they deflate and will land on wet, muddy surfaces.
Q.What about parks? Do parks have electricity?
A.We love setting up at parks but many parks do NOT have adequate electricity. If you need to set up at a park you will need to contact us at 833-RENT-EPIC to make arrangements on time needed as units can NEVER be left unattended. We do require full payment to be made at booking when hosting an event at a park or public location. We strongly suggest adding on a generator rental as we do NOT refund if the park lacks adequate electricity to run the rental.
Q.What payments do you take?
A.Cash or Credit Cards. If paying by cash, please have exact change as our drivers do not carry cash. For Schools, Churches, and City/County rentals we do accept checks. We do require all checks to have been mailed in with plenty of time to clear prior to your event date.
Q.What if we need to cancel?
A.Any cancellations made less than 14 days PRIOR to a booked event date will result in a Raincheck only. Rainchecks are valid for one year from the date of issue.
Q.Do you require a deposit?
A.Yes, if an order is less than $100 we require full payment at booking. For all other bookings, we require a minimum of a 25% deposit to book. If you are hosting a PUBLIC EVENT or a PARK EVENT we do require the full payment to be made at booking. Note: Your rental is NOT booked until payment has been received.
Q.How big are the jumps?
A.Many of our units are capable of adult use, which is a little bigger than many companies rent. Please note the space required for each jump (listed near the large picture) as some are VERY big and require extra space. When in doubt, measure your space to make sure it will fit. Jumps need room to be staked and they need room for the blower and can't rub against walls or trees as this may damage the jump. The sizes listed with each jump include the space needed for stakes etc. If you have stairs or a tiered backyard, please call our office to discuss options for setup
Q.What about the big jumps? Any special requirements?
A.Check the requirements listed with each jump. Also, make sure you have at least 4 feet of access to the area where it will be set up. Our units can weigh up to 1000 pounds(dry) so we need a clear path with ample room.
Q.What surfaces do you set up on?
A.We can set up on Grass (our favorite and best for the kids), asphalt, and concrete. Sorry, we can't set up on any type of excessive dirt, rocks, or sand as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl jumps.
Q.Can we see a copy of your contract and safety rules?
A.Yes. There is a link in your receipt once you've ordered or you may contact our office.
Q.Are we responsible for the unit if it gets a tear or damaged in any way?
A.To avoid the possibility of acquiring any ACCIDENTAL damages charges, you may purchase our Accidental Damage Waiver Protection for 7% of your total rental costs. With this added protection we will waive any damage that happens to our equipment during your possession of said equipment, excluding intentional damage or theft.
